Host an event at the meeting place for freelancers
Do you have an idea for an event, a talk or a conversation for freelancers? At Frilans Finans' meeting place for freelancers at Gamla Brogatan 13 in Stockholm you can apply to borrow the stage and the venue to gather people, share knowledge and create new connections.
You are applying for a day. The booking is valid only once Frilans Finans has approved your request.

You get access to the venue and the stage for up to two hours.

The venue holds events for up to 60 people, depending on the seating and format.

We can share your event through the Frilans Finans channels.
Simple coffee / breakfast / lunch
In some cases we cover coffee, breakfast or lunch, especially when self-employed professionals organise events themselves.
Support with food and drink is assessed case by case and is not automatically included.
About the meeting place for freelancers
The meeting place for freelancers is a permanent hub for freelancers at Gamla Brogatan 13 in Stockholm, with workspaces, meeting rooms, people who can answer your questions, a stage, events and community.
It was established on the initiative of Frilans Finans to offer context, knowledge sharing and the chance to build relationships for self-employed professionals and the networks around them.
Opening hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:00
Who can use the meeting place for freelancers?
Self-employed professionals at Frilans Finans always have priority to borrow the venue and to arrange events and gatherings at the meeting place for freelancers. We also prioritise talks, workshops and conversations that create value for freelancers and self-employed professionals.
During the autumn of 2026 we are also opening up for other companies, organisations and networks to apply to use the venue for their own events, subject to availability.
This applies when you host an event
- A booking normally lasts two hours. That time includes arrivals, the event itself and wrapping up.
- Regular bookable hours are weekdays, excluding public holidays, between 09:00 and 16:00.
- Events outside regular opening hours can be approved on special request. They require more notice, since we need to make sure staff are present.
- If the venue is used during office hours, the event should as a rule be open to self-employed professionals at Frilans Finans.
- As the organiser you may also invite external guests.
- The venue holds a maximum of 60 people in total, including organisers. The number of event guests may not exceed 50 people.
- The event must have a clear purpose and a named organiser in charge.
- The content must be serious, inclusive and consistent with the values of Frilans Finans.
- The venue may not be used for activities that are discriminatory, illegal or clearly unsuitable for the operations and brand of Frilans Finans.
- Commercial events, product presentations or events involving sales must be described clearly in the application.
- As the organiser you are responsible for the content of the event and for making sure guests follow the venue rules.
- Frilans Finans reserves the right to approve, decline or suggest changes to a request.
- A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. The booking is valid only after written approval from Frilans Finans.

Please note that a day may be booked before your application has been processed. If that happens, we can suggest another time that suits your event.

Events are planned for two hours by default, until about 11:00.
